3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if inventory is insufficient. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.
4. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Payment must be received before we process your order. We accept major payment methods and process orders within 1-2 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Pakistan. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. MIZAFA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the courier. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
6. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. Opened or damaged products cannot be returned. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Product Quality & Warranty
All MIZAFA oils are pure, pressed in-season, and bottled fresh. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at contact@mizafa.com with proof of purchase, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
MIZAFA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including loss of profits or data. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purposes, harassment, defamation, or to violate any applicable laws. You will not attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with our website systems.
